This is a easy version of a recipe from Paul Bocuse, the famous french three-star chef.

You will need for two persons:
2 extra fresh organic eggs
vinegar
3 slices of toast
butter to toast the toast in a pan
parsley
salt and pepper

For the mayonnaise:
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon mustard
salt
100ml red wine
1 TS sugar
100ml neutral oil
50ml olive oil
